4 Relevant Characters


The Main Characters are Ian and Barley Lightfoot

The main story is about these two characters and their Father

The protagonists tell the story themselves

The characters are mainly blue elvish type beings, the manticore being a minotaur type animal

The characters' appearance makes them look rather casual, despite being a different species 

They have a standard American Dialect

They behave like regular normal Human Beings

The protagonists in some parts have a majestic motif

The character that interests me the most is Barley

The story would alter and take away quite a lot of the meaning if one of the main characters was taken away, the moral is about family and siblings.


The hero(s): Ian and Barley.

The villain: The curse

The donor: The Manticore

The helper: The heros serve being a helper to each other.

The 'Princess': Their Father

The dispatcher: Barley

The Princess' Father: Colt Bronco

The false hero: N/A

As you can see, it ranges across the battlefield capturing the explosions and chaos. The sound of this frame was orchestra action music, capturing the awe of the shot. It does suit it, as this shot is rather majestic in a terrifying way. The setting is a war torn piece of land situated near a cliff. LCA lesson 8

  LCA- L8 Friday 5th March 2021 Positioning can be extremely important in terms of a scene with multiple people. It can display their status and meaning towards another in the scene, and even the current relationship between them. By displaying your actions correctly in a film, viewers can practically read your mind of your next action towards someone etc. In this scene, the MES tells us that, by the props and wallpaper, this is a scene from a film set around 300 years ago. The elegant, old fashioned chairs, tables and candle holders all have a touch of old wealth to them, and makes it look like this place could be involved with royalty. The guards around the main character can also tell us this man is important- he needs a great level of security and is very recognised. The hair, costume and makeup to the main character also can build his on stage appearance and personality, his looks portraying the man he is and what he does.
